Wellmax has appointed an independent verification agency to assist us with our BBBEE rating and is proud to confirm that our score has increased over the last two years. We are now a compliant contributor since we have started with the advisory program and still aiming to increase our status as we are fully committed to transformation.

At Wellmax we believe that our staff is the lifeblood of the company. Wellmax employs around 54 permanent staff members - we constantly strive to empower the individual through skills development and intensive in-house training. We believe multi skilled staff members are an asset within the manufacturing environment.

Some of our staff members have been with the company for longer than 25 years and we have a very low turnover of staff. It is this dedication that makes Wellmax the company that it is today.
